1. Transportation damage: the outer packaging or eggplant body is obviously damaged;
2. Wrong delivery and missed delivery: the goods received do not match the order;
3. Doubt of authenticity: There is reasonable doubt about the origin of the product.

Evidence and processing process

Please contact the online customer service within 48 hours after signing for it and provide the order number, unpacking photos or videos. After verification, we will arrange a reissue or refund, and we will bear the freight.
