1902CIGAR.COM has a self-operated registered bonded warehouse in Hong Kong, China, with constant temperature and humidity (16-20 ° C, 65-75% relative humidity) all year round to ensure that each cigar is in the best storage condition before delivery.

About the import and export approval process

Tobacco products are stored in bonded warehouses and are strictly supervised by the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department. All orders need to be declared to the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department and applied for an import and export license. The approval time is about 3-5 working days (subject to Hong Kong public holidays).

Shipping and logistics

After approval, we will arrange a suitable carrier for you to send the package and provide the logistics tracking number. Global direct mail is supported, and Macau can pick it up by itself.
